1.In the Command Prompt window, run the commands one by one:
CD /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local
DEL IconCache.db /a
2.kill the explorer.exe
3.In Task Manager, click File, select New Task (Run…)
Type EXPLORER.EXE and press Enter.
